Dry skin is not cute

Who has dry skin? I do. Anyone else?

With drier, colder weather comes drier skin.

Here are some tips to help keep your skin moist and glowing, from the inside out!

1. Stay hydrated - aim for 2-3 liters of water per day
2. add a pinch of himalayan salt to your water for extra minerals
3. Moisturize with organic lotions and oils
4. Run a humidifer in your bedroom at night
5. Consume healthy fats and oils such as avocados, flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, ghee, etc
6. consider facial acupuncture if your skin is in need of more help
7. Micro needling is also an EXCELLENT way to help with dry skin and get you glowing as it increases collagen production in a natural and effective way!
