Dairy-Gluten-Guilt-Free Dessert!

I've been making this yummy dessert at home and I'm finally going to share the recipe. It's so easy and satisfies that sweet tooth, without the guilt! Ingredients: 

coconut cream

chia seeds

honey

berries

nuts

Instructions:

mix together coconut cream and chia seeds, let sit in fridge for about 20 minutes.

top with berries and nuts of your choice, drizzle with honey and voila! you have yourself something that is just as delicious as ice cream or frozen yogurt without the dairy and without the guilt. You can mix in other types of fruits such as apples and cinnamon with maple syrup, banana with pineapple and mango for a tropical mix or you can even add cacao powder or nibs for that chocolate fix. Peanut or almond butter with bananas for a pre or post-workout protein boost! the options are endless…get creative with whatever is in your kitchen!

I prefer the Trader Joe's brand of Coconut Cream, it's the silkiest, creamiest of the ones I've tried.
