My Secret To Glowing Skin!
Happy February! Is it really Feb already?!
I hope your 2021 is off to a great start. Mine has been all about finding balance in all the things that I love. I am notorious for having too many interests (nothing wrong with that!), and pursuing a number of them all at once. It makes me feel alive and excited about life and all of its riches. It can make for an interesting calendar and growing to do list. ;)
One of the things I have been excited about lately is skin health and how to achieve glowing skin.
Some of you may not know that back when I started my healing journey I had a LOT of acne and this had a terrible effect on my self esteem and confidence. I tried the creams and the antibiotics and blah blah blah...it was frustrating to say the least; because NONE of it worked. Can any of you relate?
I turned to the powers of TCM and used a combination of acupuncture, herbs and nutrition to finally get rid of that acne!
It has been gone for YEARS and I am so grateful.
