How to use essential oils sprays: 

Essential oil sprays can be sprayed onto the body, in a room or to clear any space. 

Any of the sprays can be sprayed behind the ears, inside the wrists, on any of the 7 chakra sites (sacrum, below navel, solar plexus, heart center, throat, third eye, crown), inside elbows, behind the knees, inside your ankles or anywhere that resonates with you. 

You can also make more spray if you purchase the accompanying meditation oil. Simply keep adding more drops (3-4) of the oil, water and alcohol.
